If you are new to fitness, or haven't exercised for a long time, getting started can be a bit overwhelming. So, my students and I made this DVD to make it easier for you to get going.
First you will learn the main basic aerobic steps, and then you will learn how to put them together. There is a practice session with real students, just doing their best and enjoying it. You'll see; it's pretty easy! You can even join in.
If you learn these simple steps and practice consistently, soon you will have more energy, feel better, and yes, lose the blues and the blahs. It won't take long to notice the difference.
At the end, I will coach you on how to find and join a class where you will meet like-minded folks and make new friends.
