There are many reasons why you might rather sit than stand, but that doesn't mean you can't get a great workout.
This action packed 85-minute DVD includes 2 levels of aerobics, strength training with hand weights and balls and a short cool down. And it's just plain fun!
The students in this DVD are volunteers from my seated exercise classes.
They want you to know that exercising is actually fun that the best you can do, is the best you can do, and that's okay. People have their limits.
You'll feel right at home working out with these students.

Seated classes tend to be very social and relaxed. Friendships develop that extend outside the classroom. Often support groups form among students with similar challenges. Some students come to a sitting class primarily for the camaraderie.
